About NIITECH
History
Since its foundation in 1937,
NIITECH has grown through study and development, seising the opportunities presented by the major trends of the times.
NIITECH will continue to grow and look even further into the future.

1937
Founded at Funakoshi-cho, Aki-gun, Hiroshima name as Taiyo-Tekkosho in December 1st.
Started business as subcontract factory of The Japan Steel Works, Ltd.

1942
Head office was expanded at Funakoshi-cho 2241, Akigun.
Prepared for mass production.

1946
Changed company name from "Taiyo Iron Works" to "Nii Iron Works".

1950
Started the maintenance and fixing business of large machines.
Started the can manufacturing business such as tank. -
1961
Transaction was started as the first cooperation factory of Toyo Kogyo (now MAZDA).

1962
Introduced metal stamping machines.

1963
Received order of metal stamping business from Toyo Kogyo.

1970
Converted orders from machine tooling to metal stamping for Toyo Kogyo and became a metal stamping manufacturer.

1971
Established Miwa factory.

1976
Received the first order of hinges from Toyo Kogyo, for the Familia (Known as Mazda323).

1977
Developed automated-assembly machines by ourselves.

1980
Became quality approval factory of Toyo Kogyo.

1986
Change company name to "NIITECH CO., LTD.".

1999
Started delivery of our development products which is 3rd dimension hinge to Juken Sangyo (now WOODONE).

2002
Established the Shanghai office.

2005
Established RENJING Technology (CHANGCHUN) CO.,LTD. in Jilin, China.
Started a transaction with FAW.

2006
Head office was moved to Saka-cho, Aki-gun, Hiroshima.

2008
Received a client outstanding performance award from MAZDA.

2009
Received a client outstanding performance award from MAZDA continuously.

2010
Established Shiwa Factory at Shiwa-cho, Higashi Hiroshima-City.

2011
Started trading with Changan Ford and GAC Fiat.

2014
Received J-ABC activity annual outstanding performance award.

2015
Started trading with GAC Mitsubishi Motors.
Received J-ABC activity annual outstanding performance award continuously.
Received a client outstanding performance award from MAZDA. -
2016
Started trading with FAW-Volkswagen.

2017
NIITECH marks its 80th anniversary.

2018
Started production of plastic molded parts using injection molding machines.

2019
The injection molding factory is completed and the production of plastic molded parts is expanded.

2020
Started production of SUS molding(window trim).
-
2021
SUS molding (window trim) plant completed.
Started trading with Toyota Motor Corporation. -
2023
Established Tatemachi office.

In preparation for the 90th anniversary of the founding in 2027, we will strengthen the range of products we offer and review and improve our internal organization.
