  Hinges (Metal Stamping Hinge / Forged Hinge / Steel Formwork Hinge)

Since receiving an order of door hinges for automobiles in 1976, we have delivered every type of hinges.
Metal stamping hinges are mainly used in Japan, the USA, and Europe, and forged hinges, steel formwork hinges, and combines hinges of metal stamping and steel formwork are mainly used in Europe.
Including those hinges, we offer the optimum hinges that meet world standards according to your requests such as weight reproduction and rigidity.

― Metal Stamping Hinge

This is the hinge manufacturing method mainly used in Japan and North America.
We provide door hinges that use high-tensile steels, and we can carry out everything from design to production.
We can produce various hinges depending on purposes by using our many years of experience to meet your needs.

― Forged Hinges / Steel Formwork Hinges

Hinges are mainly used in Europe manufacture by casting and steel formwork.
Few companies in Japan can manufacture all three types of hinges (metal stamping hinges, forged hinges, and steel formwork hinges), and we design and produce according to your needs.

  Checker hinges

Checker hinges are in-house developed hinges integrate a door hinge and door checker.
By reducing the number of parts, it is able to reduce man-hours and the number of assembly holes, and the improvement performance of NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) is promising.
The checker part is a product that is less deteriorated by water, dust, etc. because of its specification of sealed.

  Window trims

We started to produce window trims as exterior decorative stamping products made of stainless steel.
These parts are used for the side windows of luxury cars, and high-quality without a single scratch is required.
It is difficult for products to mass-produce by metal stamping, and it is said that only two or three companies in Japan are able to handle including us.

  Busbars (copper sheet conductors)

Since 2023, we have been developing and producing bus bars, conductors that conduct a large amount of current, looking ahead to spread the use of EVs.
We are able to handle long lengths of product size, and we realized a high yield rate by foam processing.

  Resin Moulded Part

We produce undercovers for the lower body floor, grill shutters for the front grille, fender covers, etc. by injection molding machine.
We are also able to produce large products which are more than 2m.

  Aluminium parts

We carry out embossing from 0.4mm thick aluminum sheet materials.
We handle various sizes of products from 300mm of small products to over 1,000mm of large products.

  Other Automobile Parts

Apart from the above, we design and mass-produce a wide variety of products.
Starting with various brackets, we produce differential member assemblies using special welding, and battery pack brackets for EVs.
The range of materials to handle is from common materials to 980Pa class high-tensile steel, and we carry out stable and high-quality production.
